Day 1- Jun 26 Depart Toronto to Amsterdam.

Day 2 -Jun 27 Arrival in Amsterdam, capital of Holland. Amsterdam is known as Venice of the North, because of its lovely canals that criss-cross the city, its impressive architecture and more than 1,500 bridges. Tour of the city takes us to National Monument and Basilica of St Nicholas. Amsterdam canal cruise. Dinner and overnight in Amsterdam.

Day 3-June 28 After breakfast we leave Amsterdam and travel to Cologne, En route stop at Kevelaer, Germany, the largest Catholic pilgrimage location within north-western Europe. Upon arrival in Cologne, Germany, we tour the city, enriched by some of Europe’s most striking churches, numerous museums, and one of the oldest universities in the world, Cologne is the Rhineland’s cultural heart. We will visit Cologne Cathedral, Hohenzollern Bridge, Roman Tower and Walls. Mass. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4-June 29 In the morning, travel to Banneux, Belgium, the most popular pilgrimage destination in Belgium. Virgin Mary appeared here eight times in 1933 to 11 years old Mariette Beco. We enjoy city walking tour and visit to the Shrine of Virgin of Poor. Mass. Return to Cologne for dinner and overnight.

Day 5-June 30 After breakfast, excursion to Aachen. Upon arrival, tour of the city of Aachen, Germany. We visit Aachen Cathedral, the oldest Cathedral in Europe. Also, it is the location of the tomb of Charles the Great (Charlemagne). Moreover, the Chapel of Saint Mary contains several relics. Mass. Dinner and overnight in Cologne.

Day 6-July 1 Morning, travel to Trier. Upon arrival, tour the city of Trier, Germany. The Cathedral of Trier was the first major church to be established in what is now Germany, and is the oldest standing cathedral in Europe east of France. In 1986 the church was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as part of the Roman Monuments, Cathedral of St. Peter and Church of Our Lady in Trier. Mass. Dinner and overnight.

Day 7-July 2 After breakfast, travel to Walldurn, Germany. The story of Walldurn is not necessarily unique concerning Eucharistic Miracles. It seems that from time to time Our Lord manifests himself physically to us just in case we forget the significance of the Eucharist. Such was the case in 1330 while a priest, Fr. Heinrich Otto, was celebrating Mass here in Walldurn. Continue to Ulm for dinner and overnight.

Day 8-July 3 After breakfast, transfer to the beautiful scenic village of Oberammergau, where we devote our afternoon and evening attending the famous Passion Play. Dinner and overnight in Oberammergau.

Day 9-July 4 From Oberammergau area, we travel through picturesque Alps to the Principality of Lichteinstein, nestled between Switzerland and Austria, the official residence of the Prince of Lichtenstein. Liechtenstein is mainly mountainous, making it a winter sport destination. We admire Vaduz Castle and visit the Cathedral of St. Florin, built in 1874 on the site of earlier medieval foundations. Mass. Continue via Switzerland to Milan (Italy) for dinner and overnight.

Day 10-July 5 Full day in Milan. Sightseeing panoramic tour of Milan takes us to the “La Scala” Opera House, Dominican convent Santa Maria delle Grazie and Basilica Sant’Ambrogio one of the Milan’s oldest churches. Guided tour of the Duomo, one of the biggest and grandest Gothic cathedrals in the world. Mass. Dinner and overnight in Milan.

Day 11-July 6 After breakfast, we transfer to Padua, one of the oldest cities in Italy with the renowned University of Padua, almost 800 years old and famous, among other things, for having had Galileo among its lecturers. The highlight of the day is a visit of the Basilica of Saint Anthony. Built immediately after the death of the Franciscan monk in 1231, Basilica has been one of the most popular pilgrimage destinations for people from all over the world. Dinner and overnight in Venice.

Day 12-July 7 Full day in Venice, we relish the sights and sounds of this serene city including canal cruise by motor launch to St. Mark’s Square. We view the bridge of Sighs and Doge’s Palace. Dinner & overnight in Venice.

Day 13-July 8 Transfer to airport in Venice and fly back to Toronto.

First non refundable deposit of $500.00 per person is required at time of booking. Second deposit of $500.00 per person to be paid by Sep 30, 2021. Insurance must be purchased at time of booking.

Balance due is payable 105 days prior to departure
For late bookings /within 105 days/ full payment is due immediately.

If cancellation is necessary, please advise QS Travel & Tours immediately in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
Until September 30, 2021…………………………………$500.00 per person
105 days before departure …………………………..…..$1,000.00 per person
Between 105 and 90 days before departure ………. 50% of the total cost
90 days or less …………………………………….………. 100% of the total cost

A $25 administration charge will be applied for changes you make to your booking outside the 90 days to departure period. Please note name changes are not allowed and such will be treated as cancellations.

QS Travel & Tours will advise you of any change we feel significantly alters the holiday which you have purchased from us. Occasionally, changes might occur close to departure time. In such cases, you will be notified as early as possible. Due to circumstances beyond our control, the local tour operator may have to make last minute changes in hotel or schedule. In case the standard of the accommodation is changed, QS Travel & Tours will offer the choice of a full and immediate refund or comparable alternate travel services acceptable to you.

No refund or adjustment can be made for any portion of holiday not used.

The Ministry of Consumer Relations requires that Ontarians traveling abroad be advised that they may encounter different living standards and practices than those at home.

In the event of a change in our flight times, with or without notice, we cannot accept responsibility for any special connecting fares which you might purchase and which cannot be changed without penalty.

A valid Canadian passport is required for all visits outside of Canada. It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to ensure proper and valid documentation. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in denied boarding of the aircraft and cancellation of your flight arrangements without refund. If you are holding a passport other than Canadian, please contact QS Travel & Tours to determine whether or not a visa is required for entry into the country you will be visiting.
